No. Inviting family members and caregivers to your CareTrack care circle is always free. Only the primary account holder pays the one-time $25 fee.

Is CareTrack a subscription?

No. CareTrack uses a one-time payment model. Pay $25 once for lifetime access — no monthly charges, no renewals, no hidden fees. Ever.

Can I export my medical records from CareTrack?

Yes. Every section — appointments, medications, symptoms — has a Download CSV and Email Records option. You can send your full medical history to a new specialist, insurance provider, or family member in seconds.

Is my health information private in CareTrack?

Yes. Your health information is private and completely under your control. You choose exactly who can see which parts of your records using granular permissions. CareTrack does not sell or share your health data.
