By accessing or using CareTrack ("the Service"), operated by Care Village (Care Village), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CareTrack is a private digital care binder and medical organizer for patients and family caregivers. It allows users to organize medications, appointments, symptoms, medical records, and care circle coordination. CareTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. One-Time Payment & Access

CareTrack is offered under a one-time payment model. Upon payment of the stated fee ($25.00 USD), you receive lifetime access to the Service. There are no recurring subscription charges. Invited care circle members access the Service at no cost.

4. Age Eligibility

CareTrack is intended to be used by adults. When legally permitted, parents, legal guardians, healthcare providers, social workers, case managers, or other authorized representatives may manage care information on behalf of a minor.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CareTrack only for its intended personal health organization purposes. You must not:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
Upload content that violates others' rights or applicable law

6. Health Information Disclaimer
